We are located just off I-95 Exit 5, 1374 East Putnam Ave Old Greenwich, CT
We are directly across from Taco Bell and Club Pilates.
Our parking lot is located on Ferris Drive.
Our door is in the back of the building and up to 2nd floor.
CLASSES

OG BOXFIT
A 50 minute high energy workout that starts with boxing on heavy bags and some pad work with your coach, designed to burn fat and build real strength.
Morning & weekend classes available
6:30am, 8am, 9:15am, 10:15am, 12pm

All Classes are beginner friendly!
OG STRENGTH
A results-driven strength class focused on building athleticism, and getting a more lean & toned body. Expect structured workouts using dumbbells, bodyweight, plyometrics, and cardio sprints.
We offer women's only classes 9am & NEW Kids Strength (for all sport athletes) TBD.

OG BOXING
An original 1 hour boxing class that focuses on technique, drills, and fundamentals. You’ll do jump rope, shadow boxing, pad work, heavy bag work and lots of heart pumping exercises in a fun and motivating environment. Training like a real boxer to learn the art and the self defense behind boxing. Non-contact.

Monday - Thursday 6:15pm
