BOXING FITNESS

Our SIGNATURE boxing-inspired fitness class. High-energy and coach-led:

- 6 MIN CARDIO WARMUP CIRCUIT

- 20 MIN HEAVY BAGS & MITTWORK

- 15 STRENGTH TRAINING CIRCUIT

Think boxing meets a 5 star HIIT workout...literally.

No experience needed, all classes are beginner friendly.

Morning & weekend classes available

OG BOXING DRILLS & SKILLS

Learn real boxing - technique, footwork, and fundamentals - in a true boxing gym environment. Includes jump rope, shadowboxing, pad work, heavy bag training, and optional partner drills.

Train like a boxer while getting an incredible workout. All levels welcome.

OG STRENGTH

A results-driven strength class designed to build a strong and toned body. Expect structured strength blocks that target legs, glutes, arms, shoulders, back, core & more using dumbbells, bodyweight, plyometrics, and conditioning.
